HOW TO APPLY FOR AN EXHIBITION
| VB Photographic Centre is situated in the centre of Kuopio City in a wooden building originally constructed in 1894. The exhibition space has modern equipment for lighting and also humidity and temperature control. The exhibition space includes about 120 m2 devided into four rooms approximately the same size, together 100 m2. The hight of the four rooms is 3,20 m. A fifth room is 2,80 m high and about 20 m2. |

| How to apply for an exhibition time at VB Photographic Centre Download florplan here. There is an exhibition committee that selects the exhibitions to be shown at VB Photographic Centre. The selection for following year is made from applications received before the end of April the current year. Summer time between June and August is reserved for an international exhibition which is selected outside the applications. The applications for exhibitions in 2013 should be sent to VB Photographic Centre at the latest 30.4.2012. Applications should not be sent before January 2012. The exhibition period is 4–5 weeks. |
| VB Photographic Centre collects a rent of 400 € + VAT 23% for an exhibition period. If you are a member of Victor Barsokevitsch Society, the rent is 300 € + VAT 23%. The rent covers the costs for printing an invitation card and a poster, delivery of invitation cards according to a list at VB and other information services. VB arranges a vernissage. VB has an insurance for exhibitions which covers the exhibition time and transportation in Finland. The provider of an exhibition is responsible for transportation of the exhibition and for his/her own travel and accommodation costs. An application for an exhibition space needs to include:
